This Referral Program (“Referral Program”) landing page is used in conjunction with FP Complete's Referral Program Agreement (“RP Agreement”). To participate in the Referral Program, you need to complete the RP Agreement and complete the referral form found here for each new referral. If you have not received a copy of the RP Agreement, you can request a copy by sending an email to email@example.com. The completed agreement must be signed and sent back to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Completed Referral Agreement”
There are two levels of participation in the Referral Program explained below.
Basic Referral Partner - Basic Referral Partners will be paid a 10% referral fee for introducing FP Complete to a qualified buyer of FP Complete software or services. To be classified as a Basic Referral Partner you must set up an initial appointment for FP Complete to meet with the main buyer at the organization being referred. Providing contact information alone will not allow you to be classified as a Basic Referral Partner.
Premier Referral Partner – Premier Referral Partners will be paid a 15% referral fee for assisting FP Complete in completing the sale of software or services to a qualified buyer. To be classified as a Premier Referral Partner you must set up an appointment for FP Complete to meet with the main buyer at the organization and you must be actively engaged in the sales process to help close the business. If your involvement ends after setting up the initial meeting, then you will be classified as a Basic Referral Partner.
Terms of payment of the referral fees to Basic Referral Partners and Premier Referral Partners is described in the RP Agreement.
